Local (Singapore) Shipping Information

• Am I able to collect my order from you?

  Of course!!! We will also give you S$3 of credit on future purchases if you select this option! Upon checkout, please select the "collect from office" in the "delivery date" box. Your order can be collected between 9am-6.30pm on Monday-Friday at our office at 35C Hong Kong Street 059674.

• Re-delivery

  When it comes to delivering your order, we hope that it will go without a hitch. If we have attempted to deliver your order but there was nobody to sign/receive it, then we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.

  For re-delivery of orders under S$50, a surcharge of S$10 will be applied. Alternatively, you can collect your order from our office which is located at 35C Hong Kong Street, Singapore, 059674.

  For re-delivery of orders above S$50, we will re-deliver once more for free, but if our second attempt also fails, a surcharge of S$10 will apply for subsequent re-delivery. Alternatively, you can collect your order from our office which is located at 35C Hongkong Street, Singapore, 059674.

  Re-delivery will be made once we have arranged with you a day that is convenient for both parties.

• Weekend Delivery

  Although our office isn't open on weekends, we will under certain circumstances deliver to you on a Saturday as long as it is arranged before Friday 10am. Delivery on a weekend will incur a surcharge of $20.

• * Delayed Delivery

  Due to a high volume of orders we may have to move your delivery to the next available business day.

  Luxola won't be held accountable for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control and delivery is delayed. In these situations we will make every effort to notify you of the delay and to make alternative arrangements.

Overseas Shipping Information

• Do you ship overseas?

  YES! We currently ship to Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Philippines and Brunei. Orders over S$40 ship for free, all other orders incur a flat rate shipping fee of S$12.

  • We currently ship to Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Philippines and Brunei. Please contact us if you have special shipping request to other countries in the region.

  • Luxola uses Singapore Post, Speedpost and DHL as their preferred shipping partners. Overseas deliveries take an estimated 2-8 business days. You will receive a tracking number & tracking instructions on the next business day after you have placed your order with Luxola.

  • Any customs duty/tax arising out of shipment will have to be borne by the customer.

  • Customer will bear the responsibility for returned items unless the item is defected or broken.

  • We are not responsible for item returned or notified as unclaimed. Customer must also pay an additional 5% of the cost of the item, as handling ad administrative charges for item to be claimed by us before we resend. Customer must also pay for additional postage charges if item is to be resent.
