decent product

this product is pretty pricey, like many of other Becca products. but unlike the other products, it's a really small tube and i don't think it'll last long if you use it on a regular basis. i like it because it feels great on the skin since it's light and airy, and definitely allows the skin to breathe if you apply it under or over a good and light foundation. it also works on my very sensitive skin (i can't use benefit's porefessional, my skin gets pink and patchy) and it's definitely not like some correctors that feel too sticky. but once again, because of the price, i'll only be buying this product if i have sufficient credits / a discount.

Too bad it doesn’t work on me.

I started to appreciate using primers only recently because I realize they do help get more mileage out of my makeup. I bought many primers like those from smashbox, makeup forever, shu uemura etc. and being a big fan of Becca (love the shimmering skin perfector), I would think this primer would do me well. Well…I guess you can’t win them all. When I apply on it, it becomes flaky and doesn’t last too long on my skin (if my primer doesn’t last, how will my makeup last then??). The texture is too watery and creates an unnecessary film on my skin. Yikes. But it’s not all bad, I do like that it is non greasy and it does mattify pores but any of my other primers can do that too. I guess it just doesn’t suit my skin type. So given its price tag, I probably won’t purchase again.
