Soft Beige - HG Concealer

Read some great reviews on MUA and decided to give it a go as my first concealer. Lovely coverage, texture is a bit dry at first but warms quickly to the touch. Conceals well and feels moisturising. The redness/spots I've used this to conceal have actually reduced, though I'm not sure whether it's specifically due to this product. However, I'm a fan and will be using this for a long time to come. I'm an NC20 for Mac and this works fine.

Natural Tan - Perfect for my friend

I bought this for a friend. In her opinion, it hides blemishes very well. It applies on smoothly for her. She dabbed it on her face straight from the tube. However it does not hide her dark circles at all when applied lightly.. It looks cakey if you put on too much on the undereye area.

Soft Beige - A bit too pricey and becomes flakey

Thought that this concealer would be worth the price I paid, but it wasn't what I expected. It works well on blemishes but not so on the under eye area. This should come with an instruction sheet. Initially I thought that I could just rub the stick across my under eye area, but apparently not. You have to rub your finger onto the product, to warm up the product before application. After which, you'll put it on your targeted areas. When I put it on my under eye area, it becomes flakey after a few hours and it's hard to fix it if you're outside and did not bring any make up for emergency use. This concealer is good for blemishes, but not as good for under eye cover up, hence I'm giving it 2.5 stars.

Warm Amber - Too dark brown/ Works for contouring

I got this to mix with a lighter, yellower shade for the days when I do not want to put on foundation. It is just too dark brown to work. All I can say for it is that it is creamy and it does not come off if you blend it with your foundation. It can also cover pores well. This concealer just gained a new lease of life. It is a deep matte brown shade so it's perfect for contouring. I got it when it was on sale so it's not a total loss.
