Mystery - Eyeshadow Single

I love the colour and texture of this shadow single in Escape. It's in the league of my favourite shadows like Cle de Peau , Guerlain and Shu Uemura. It emits this rather unique subtle glow and luminosity when applied with the luxury eye brush or any soft brush (i.e. squirrel or goat or non-weasel family brush). I do not see this same luminosity when I apply this with Shu Uemura 10N. Perhaps it's my eyes playing tricks, but I do love this colour a lot. Bought Mystery and Nude as well...

Night - Great Texture for a Staple Color.

Bought this in Night. A very nice matt sooty black. :) While the color is not unique or new, the texture is so smooth and buttery soft. I use this with an angled eyeliner brush to line my eyes. Highly recommended

Nude - Nice!

Got this in Nude. Use it alone on the lids to even out the colour and also have a very subtle shimmer. It helps brighten the lid. Powder also very finely milled so it really goes on like a dream. However, no matter how soft a brush I use, I always tend to break off more shadow from the palette then I need. And I think it's really a waste of product. Wish it wasn't that easily "breakable". But overall, I still love this product. A LOT.

Nude - Not as good as Escape

I am still in love with EB's shadow in Escape - which is should be rated as my all time best es.... Meaning to be rated with the likes of those from Guerlain, Burburry, Shu Uemura. Because I purchase as a guest from this site, I could not input my review on that - a 5 star product. Now, Nude is different. I would say, as a product itself, it's good. But I won't miss it. However it really irks me much that the product I receive did not come in the same packaging as depicted. The square packaging that my Escape and Mystery came with was utilitarian and space efficient. The Nude came in circular package which feels a tad flimsier. Also the texture is more powdery than my other two singles. So, I will drop 1.5 stars from my rating.
